Durability testing

A sample of product is taken from the product flow by means of the sampler model PSS™. A well known technology for introducing a mechanical force to the feed or food is implemented. After mechanical treatment of the sample the dust is separated by sieving and the weighed, where after the Pellet Durability Index (PDI) is defined.
