Bulk Density System - BDS™The Bulk Density System (BDS™) provides frequent inline sampling and analysis of your pellets. By frequently analyzing the bulk density problems in terms of over or under filled bags are eliminated. Furthermore, more frequent bulk density analyses can allow the producer to use less costly sources of carbohydrates, as degree of expansion (bulk density) is controlled better. The Bulk Density System is designed to cope with the most demanding process environments and measures product with very higher shear forces and temperatures.
