Data Logging System - DLS™The Data Logging System model DLS™ is a software program which logs all analysis data in a common database. The logger provides the operator with actual QA status at any given point in the process. All data is monitored in the complete process line or at a single point in the process by means of inline analysis technology. By also monitoring actual formula, batch number and order number a full production report can be developed which includes order information, product analysis numbers, product images etc. Trend curves and alarm limits are also provided by the DLS™ software.
