| Combined Analysis SystemThe Combined Analysis System (patent pending) is developed in order to continuously monitoring a given bulk density and tapped density for powder and small particle products. The technology is designed for harsh operating conditions in terms of dust, temperature and humidity and does furthermore offer a sanitary design. | Moisture Measuring SystemThe iScan microwave moisture content meter is a patented technology, installed in a given production where the drying process, product quality or additive addition needs to be optimized. The technology provides online moisture measuring results of ±0.1-0.5% (reference to hot oven). The system can be combined with other Source Technology products such as the Bulk Density System, such that an accurate bulk density and moisture measurement can be provided typically after an extruder for starch rich products. | Online Image System The Online Image System is typically integrated in the Bulk Density System or Combined Analysis System for online visual product inspection. The system can also be installed as a stand-alone operated equipment. The image system offers the following features: - Visual inspection of extruded or agglomerated products after extrusion or similar product forming equipment
- Semi or fully automated size measurement of products after extrusion or similar product forming equipment
- Detection of scorched particles in milk powder
- Particle distribution of a given agglomerated or powder based material
- Colour definition of a given product

Automatic Product Sampler
The AUTOMATIC PRODUCT SAMPLER is developed in order to cope with Health & Safety legislations, which from a safety point support the operation staff to collect product samples during the process without any risk. Sampling often taken place by direct access to the process equipment by removing protection covers and inspection doors.
The AUTOMATIC PRODUCT SAMPLER can be installed at any given point of the process without modification of the existing equipment including down spouts. Installation points are typically:
- After dryer (moisture analysis)
- Before coater (bulk density)
- After coater (oil absorption)
